Sunday 6th September - Home TrainingGreat to see everyone again after the summer break, all looking refreshed! A brilliant sunny day for the first day of training for our 2009 /10 season.

Nice gentle day of training (more for the coaches than the players!) with a game at the end, 12 a side now. Five in the front row, seven in the backs. See you all on Wednesday.
